Welcome to Catcher's Diaper Company.  My name is Kristin and I am a WAHM to my 1.5 year old daughter.

I offer Instock and Custom Diapers, Pail Liners, Wet Bags, Trainers, Bibs, Diaper Making Supplies and More!

I personally and carefully make every item for your messy little one with love.  Endless hours have been spent in front of the computer researching the best materials and supplies to put in my diapers.  Whether you purchase from me, another WAHM or a commercial company, look for a well made diaper using good quality materials.  The outer, waterproof,  material should be Polyester [Solvent Weld] Polyurethane Laminate.  Snaps should be resin (plastic) rather than metal, and hook and loop should be strong and durable and sewn on (look for brands such as Touch Tape or Aplix).  Inner materials vary by personal preference.  I value performance over luxury, especially when diapering a toddler (my favorites are DiaperMaker Lining Jersey, and its natural alternative, Bamboo Lining Fleece).  The soaker brings it all together.  Premie, Newborn, and Small diapers dont need to absorb quickly so anything works, but for Toddlers (and Special Needs), the soaker needs to be able to quickly absorb a flood, then hang on to it as they fall on their bum!  Look for a soaker using a combination of synthetic and natural fibers.  Zorb and Microfiber are my favorite synthetics, and Bamboo French Terry and Cotton French Terry are my favorite natural materials.  And, last, but not least, Polyester Thread, sewn with a Ball Point Needle, is a MUST!

                Thanks for stopping by!

                <>< Kristin
